I am Dr. Stefnie Loots, an Educational Specialist committed to helping children and adolescents reach their full potential. I work with learners aged 2–18, supporting families in navigating challenges related to ADHD, learning difficulties, and neurological development

With extensive experience in education and a PhD focused on ADHD and the connection between neuroscience, nutrition, and learning, I provide families with comprehensive neurological and educational assessments. These assessments highlight each child’s unique strengths and challenges, giving parents clarity and direction. My role extends beyond evaluation, I serve as the bridge between parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals, ensuring that every child receives coordinated, holistic support tailored to their needs.

My professional journey is deeply personal. As a mother of three boys, my eldest son’s recovery from a brain tumor profoundly shaped my path. Walking that journey with him revealed the importance of resilience, early intervention, and a holistic approach to child development. Inspired by his story, I have devoted my research to understanding the developing brain; exploring how gut health, nutrition, and cognitive functioning influence a child’s ability to learn, grow, and thrive.

I believe that children with learning difficulties are often misunderstood. With the right support, every child can flourish according to their unique gifts and abilities. My mission is to help parents and educators truly understand these learners and to guide them toward the strategies and resources that unlock each child’s potential.
