Refund Policy
At NeuroLearn, we aim to provide a professional and respectful experience for all clients. The following policy outlines our approach to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
Session Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any consultation or assessment session.
Cancellation Timeline
24 hours or more notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
12–24 hours’ notice: 50% refund or one-time rescheduling
Less than 12 hours’ notice: No refund — session fee forfeited
No-show (no notice given): Full session fee charged, no refund
NeuroLearn Cancellations
If NeuroLearn needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive either a full refund or an alternative appointment at no additional cost.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies can occur, especially when working with children. In cases of genuine medical emergencies, late cancellation fees may be waived at the sole discretion of NeuroLearn.
Reports
Written assessment reports will only be released once full payment has been received.
