Step 1: Parent Consultation
This is the first and most important step. In this one-on-one session, we take the time to understand your child’s unique challenges, history, and current concerns. You will receive initial guidance and clarity on what may be impacting your child’s learning and behaviour, along with recommended next steps.

Step 2: Learner Assessment
A comprehensive assessment that evaluates key areas such as attention, concentration, impulse control, and learning ability. This step provides a deeper understanding of your child’s needs and helps identify any underlying difficulties affecting performance at school.

Step 3: Report & Feedback Session
Following the assessment, we provide a detailed feedback session where results are explained clearly and practically. You will receive actionable recommendations to support your child at home and in the school environment.

Our goal is to equip you with the understanding and tools needed to support your child with confidence.

Service Description

nce the assessment report is complete, Dr Stefnie meets with parents to walk through the findings together. In this session you will receive and discuss the full written assessment report, understand exactly what the results mean in plain language, discuss each recommendation and how to implement it at home and at school, understand which specialists your child may need and why, receive a referral brief if specialist involvement is recommended, and ask any questions about your child’s profile, challenges or next steps. You leave this session with clarity, a written report, and a practical plan, not more uncertainty.
